Why America isn’t the greatest country in the world anymore
Before reading my post please watch the above video.
All of the candidates that are currently running for presidency need to watch this video. There is not a single candidate that is great, that stands for what America is or was. When thinking of the person that will be the face of America it’s not someone that lies or has empty promises. It is someone who is brave and stands for real change. Not social change, but someone who will stand for real economical change, that will create good policy and pave a path for future generations. Someone who will stand for morals and humanity. Not racism and hate. Our country is not great, we are not the best.
Look at where are country currently is. We have people killing our service men and women, our service men and women doing their job and protecting themselves are called racist. We have far too many living on welfare and not having to take care of their own responsibilities. There are far too many Americans who are uneducated, over weight, and substance abusers. We pay for murders, psychopaths, and terrorists to live a full and plush life in jail. We have far too many Americans who are homeless and hungry. There is not enough respect, appreciation, and help for our Veterans. We life in a place where in certain parts of this country being a bight is encouraged. We have a man running for President, who wants to build a wall to keep people out and let me remind you, our country was built on immigration. And not to mention, how long did it take us to break down a wall in Germany? Yes, WE the “greatest” country in the World, tore down one wall to only build another on our own land? We have a never ending war on abortion and gay rights. Why does what someone takes part in, in their own personal life affect you? And if those things really bother you, don’t surround your life with it, no one is forcing you to do so, but don’t force others to do something that only upholds your religious values. No one tells you who to worship or how to do so, don’t try to tell someone who to love or what they can do with their own bodies. What about our economy, look at all of the recent college graduates that can’t find jobs. When did we become a country that is not inventive or industrious? And what about the polices that our elected officials are creating? How far are we going to allow polarization control this country? What about our current President, who didn’t have the decency to show up to the late Justice Scalia’s funeral. Is that a good role model for future generations?
We are just another country. There is no greatness in any of that. And that is because of the people that we have chosen to run this country. Do not place blame on an individual, place blame on yourself for not doing or standing up for better faces for this country.
We as Americans have one responsibility, and that responsibility is to elect leaders not weak individuals who are only looking out for there own personal agenda to leave an unremarkable mark on history. We need a born leader who will lead us into a prosperous tomorrow, not someone who will tear down what their predecessors worked so hard to build. So when you go into a voting poll consider this, do you want to continue to live in a divided country or do you want a leader who will put our country back on its feet again?
