Well I’m sure that everyone loves to cook just as much as I do. But for those of you who aren’t quite a Betty Crocker this recipe for banana muffins will have your mouth watering after one bite! They are super easy and very quick to make. They are my go to when I have bananas that I couldn’t quite finish throughout the week.
First start with mashing 3 bananas then mix with 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 large egg, 1/3 cup of melted butter. Mix them until smooth.
Next in another bowl mix 1 1/2 cups of flower, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt. After mixing add the banana mixture. Mix until smooth.
In a small bowl mix together 1/3 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flower, 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon butter. You want this mixture to be crumbly.
Add the batter to a greased muffin pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture on top of each muffin. Bake at 375 for 18 to 20 minutes.
